The Chloè headboard introduces an element of novelty in the Devina Nais collection, with a play of lightness and softness that invites relaxation . Characterized by two large cushions in soft fabric , which delimit an enveloping space, made of possibilities and illusions, memories and rest, the Chloè headboard also wins over with its great attention to detail , which emphasizes the mastery of the artisan workmanship and the total cleanliness of the design .
Prestigious and emblematic , the Chloè headboard is part of the innovative "Free Beds" program by Devina Nais , a concept that allows you to personally build your own bed by mixing trends and stylistic canons, thanks to workmanship and details that range between natural and cosmopolitan, classic and contemporary, elegant and casual.
Perfectly finished even on the back , to allow it to be positioned in the centre of the room, the headboard has a thickness of 20 cm and a height of 100 cm , and can be made in a wide range of materials such as leather, eco-leather or fabric , offered in a wide assortment of finishes ; the headboard is offered with a width of 200 or 230 cm , dimensions capable of creating an elegant visual impact without overloading the space. The creative idea of this model, with a strong yet never invasive personality, exploits the simple difference in materials to create delicate chromatic nuances and insert its relaxing aesthetic rhythm into the room.
In combination with the Chloè headboard, the Free Beds program offers 10 types of bed frames , available for 150x190 cm, 160x200 cm or 180 x 200 cm bed bases ; in detail, it is possible to choose between the following variants:
- Elegance wooden bed frame , characterised by a rounded profile, available with tall, slender metal feet that rise laterally beyond the limits of the bed frame, or in the suspended version;
- Slim wooden bed frame , characterised by its flared shape and reduced height of the profile, available with modern-cut metal feet or in the suspended version;
- Zero.16 wooden bed frame , with the characteristic horizontal "striped" reed workmanship, available with conical metal feet or in the suspended version;
- Bold wooden bed frame , characterised by a rounded profile and considerable height;
- Soft padded bed frame , characterised by a rounded profile, available with tall, slender metal feet that rise laterally beyond the limits of the bed frame, or in the suspended version;
- Charme padded bed frame , characterised by a rounded profile and considerable height.
All the wooden bed frame variants can be made in over 30 finishes ranging from the neutral tones of natural finishes to the sophisticated and intriguing shades of open-pore lacquered finishes, while the padded bed frames can be made to match or contrast with the covering chosen for the headboard.
The price of the bed frames of the Free Beds program proposed here is to be understood as including the bed base ; in detail, the Slim bed frame and the relative suspended variant are equipped with a structural bed base , while all the other types of bed frames are supplied with an orthopedic slatted base in 68x8mm plywood (the frame is made of 40x30 mm tube, with rubber connecting corners with an embossed aluminium grey finish).
As illustrated in the product images, the Free beds system provides the possibility of positioning the bed base at two different heights , that is with the mattress flush with the bed frame (position A) or with the mattress built into it (position B): unless otherwise specified in the order, the bed base will be placed in position A.
Exclusively upon request, with an additional price, the Bold bed frame and the Charme bed frame can be accessorised with a convenient space-saving container , including bed base and base: contact us for further information.
Material characteristics:
• Oak bed frame (solid wood):
- Light brown tone, tight and well visible fibre
- The presence of possible knots is not excluded
• Headboard in textured oak (solid wood):
- Streaks of various shades of color ranging from brown to purplish red
- Cracks along the fibres, even very dark in colour
- Strong presence of knots, some of which are also slightly recessed and furrowed
Note: Each element in Rovere Materico is to be considered unique and therefore never the same given the particularities of cracks and knots.
Instructions for matching materials:
The Oak Materico items can be combined with Oak items but due to the characteristics of the material and essence they will never be the same. Even the same finish can give different results from Oak Materico to Oak.
For technical/production reasons, all wooden bed frames are made of solid oak, and cannot be made of textured oak. Given their small surface area and that the surface itself is often worked (Zero.16 milling, Slim rounding, etc.), there are no problems with color matching between oak bed frames and textured oak headboards. It is up to the customer and their aesthetic taste to opt for textured oak headboards or oak headboards.
