FUNCTIONS
- Static cooking: to cook any type of dish on one shelf only. It is preferable to use the 2nd level.
- Ventilated cooking : for cooking desserts with liquid filling on a single shelf. This function can also be used for cooking on two shelves. Invert the position of the food to obtain a more homogeneous cooking.
- Thermo-ventilated cooking: to cook different foods that require the same cooking temperature on several shelves at the same time. This function allows you to cook without transmitting odors from one food to another.
- Grill: for grilling ribs, kebabs and sausages, browning vegetables or browning bread.
- Turbo grill: for roasting large pieces of meat.
- Defrosting: to speed up defrosting of food.
- Lower cooking : suitable for browning the base of dishes. This function is also recommended for slow cooking, to finish cooking stewed dishes and for the preparation of concentrated sauces.
- Bread : to bake different types and sizes of bread. It is preferable to use the 2nd level.
- Steam Cleaning : the action of the steam released during this special low-temperature cleaning cycle allows you to easily remove dirt and food residues.
