Changed your mind about your purchase, or is the product not exactly what you imagined? Don't worry. At Vieffetrade, returns are simple and transparent. You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to request a return for any product
How does the return process work?
To start the procedure, simply follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Fill out the form
Enter the required details in the form below (order details are essential to speed up the process).
2. Wait for confirmation
Our Customer Service team will review your request and email you the return authorization along with the warehouse address where you should ship the goods.
3. Ship the product
Pack the product carefully (preferably in its original packaging) and ship it using your preferred courier.
Return Form
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order. Fill out the form and confirm.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
After confirmation, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt with the date and time of your request. Some products (e.g., sealed for hygiene reasons) may not be eligible for returns; we will notify you accordingly.
