The SERICO digital pizza oven offers a perfect pizza in less than 5 minutes thanks to the 400°C and short heating time. The integrated digital display is perfect for all types of pizza, Neapolitan, American or classic, and the equipment also includes a pizza stone and a cast iron grill plate for perfect results. Can be used as a hot air fryer, thanks to the dedicated program and the supplied basket. The triple glass door also ensures ideal heat conservation during the cooking process. Additional automatic programs are also available for steak, chips, chicken and vegetables. Furthermore, the Pizza Oven is equipped with 15 automatic programs, for steak, chips, chicken or vegetables, adjustable temperature from 40 to 400°C and an enamelled body resistant to high temperatures.
